My Waterloo Days is an annual festival here in Waterloo Iowa to celebrate Waterloo’s cultural and recreational opportunities and every year my mom’s school, Kittrell Elementary, participates in the parade. This is the entry we made for this year. I designed the head and my mom, Richard, and I put it together. The dragon is made out of paper mache, card board, paint, and fabric.
